PPOA Covenants
The Board has worked hard to provide the community an electronic version of the covenants.

Architectural Review Form
If you are planning any changes to your home's exterior features including building a deck, adding a fence, or other structure and landscape changes, you need to submit an Architectural Review form and gain approval before beginning any work.

Neighborhood Lot Drawing
At times it may be useful to know your plot number or gain a better sense of the overall design of the neighborhood. A document is available here containing lot numbers and the physical layout of the neighborhood for your use.
